STUNT MAN
To be a stuntman, there is absolutely no education needed. When getting into the industry, you must rely on reputation, therefor making it difficult at first, but easier as you build your reputation. Salaries can be as low as $5000 or as high as $70,000 or more! This job is a production job, as all stunt work is done during filming. The key jobs and responsibilities of a stuntman is to take on the stunts and dangerous actions that the actors cannot do. Because the stuntman and the actor normally won’t look alike, the stuntman’s face is not seen. Equipment is very broad, as it varies for each film. Props are always different. Some examples of famous stuntmen are Ryan Dunn, Johnny Knoxville, Evel Knievel, and Travis Pastrana.
